Founded by the Galindo and Winters families, Cruzteca Mexican Kitchen opened in 2018 after a decade of serving Austin from Mellizoz Tacos, the food trailer where our journey began. Cruzteca’s menu showcases the diverse flavors from various regions of Texas and Mexico, reflecting the rich heritage of both families.
